Auto Injury Treatment Methods

Manual Therapy
This includes Physical Therapy’s version of massage, with focus on targeting the source of the pain, and soothing it away. This can be painful but the results are worth the discomfort.
Our skilled clinicians use their hands to move your body and muscles in therapeutic ranges, while identifying and treating specific restrictions of joints and connective tissues.
Therapeutic Exercise
Exercise should be difficult, not painful. You start with foundational movements to build your stability, and progress into advanced resistance and movement when you are ready.
Starting with a solid foundation of stability and flexibility is the key for pain-free movement.
Our extensive experience in exercise development and progression allows us to design a program specifically to fit your needs.

Taping
Kinesio taping can be used to increase joint stability, reduce muscle and connective tissue strain, facilitate neuromuscular coordination, and,
reduce pain and inflammation
Excellent for retraining the postural muscles of back and shoulders. KT Tape can be used on all body parts, and is applied at the clinic and worn for several days with lasting effects.
Myofascial Cupping
Cupping is an ancient form of medicine originating from Asia, with a modern, research guided twist.
Cups are applied with regulated suction pressure to release tense muscles and fascia and is very effective for restoring ROM in shoulders, chest, back, hips, legs, arms, and neck.

Scraping / IASTM
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization has been shown in research to drastically reduce healing times of soft tissue injuries when applied effectively.
Our clinicians are trained to understand the pressure, direction of force, and frequency in order to accelerate your healing using our specialized IASTM tools.
